Emergency services are prioritized and may impact scheduled appointments.

3. Estimates & Pricing

● All pricing is provided upfront after assessing the plumbing issue.

● Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

● Additional repairs or changes may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and approved before work continues.

● Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments

We accept approved forms of payment as communicated at the time of service. Failure to provide payment may result in additional fees, service delays, or legal action.

5. 2-Year Workmanship Warranty

KaylorMade Plumbing provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on qualifying repairs and installations.

This warranty:

● Covers defects related to workmanship only

● Does not cover manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by third parties

● Is valid only when services are paid in full

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

● Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work area

● Disclose known plumbing issues or hazards

● Secure pets and personal belongings during service

KaylorMade Plumbing is not responsible for delays or damage caused by unsafe or inaccessible work conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

KaylorMade Plumbing is not liable for:

● Pre-existing conditions not visible or disclosed

● Damage caused by aging plumbing systems or hidden defects

● Consequential or incidental damages beyond the scope of services provided

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed.

8. Emergency Services Disclaimer

Emergency plumbing services involve urgent conditions that may require immediate action. While every effort is made to prevent further damage, KaylorMade Plumbing is not responsible for damages caused prior to arrival or due to unavoidable delays.
